Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute company sales strategies and achieve sales target;
  • Develop and explore new business opportunities;
  • Build and maintain good business relationship with key accounts / existing clients to enhance customer loyalty and develop business opportunities so as to get sustainable business development and enhance sales revenue/profit;
  • Communicate customers’ order requirements / complaints to the factory, technical and sales support team and do necessary negotiation to ensure customers’ needs are met or compromise is made;
  • Gather update market information on the product trend, pricing and demand to help formulate the business development, sales and marketing strategies of the products; and
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder in business or engineering or equivalent;
  • 3-5 years’ relevant sales experience preferably in LED display wall / video wall industry with proven sales track records;
  • Strong in developing the customer base and potential markets;
  • With experience in handling overseas markets will be an advantage;
  • Self-motivated, independent, with aggressive working attitude;
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English;
  • Willing to travel to PRC or overseas.
  • Working location: China / Hong Kong / US
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager

Engineer, Product Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulating the products strategies and marketing campaign, which may involve media such as sales presentation, social media marketing, television ads, printed material and website design.
  • Develop, update & maintain the Company’s technical Library including the company’s technical website and upcoming new media.
  • Prepare marketing & training materials, case study development and other technical documentation
  • Conduct market and product analysis including market & product trends, competitor analysis, market projection etc.
  • Liaise with customers for any enquires, order follow up and after sales services; develop and maintain good relationship with assigned accounts.
  • Provide product briefing and training on products features and/or any other products technical issues to internal counterparts and customers.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure all marketing communication activities and product launches are consistent with the product strategy and marketing goals as setup by the Company.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above holder in Marketing or Engineering disciplines
  • 2 years’ relevant product marketing experience in Video, LED Display or Electronics Industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Pro-active, team player and able to work under tight schedule
  • Hands on knowledge in using Illustrator, AutoCad, and other design softwares
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Willing to Travel (PRC / overseas)
  • Working location : Hong Kong
